I have spent 25 years leading large-scale outsourcing projects. I have seen what works — and also what breaks.
That is why I created Opscale: to help companies make outsourcing a strategic lever, not a nightmare.
Founding Director Jean-Marc Santucci has experienced every stage of this transformation: he created and managed a production center with 500 employees in Mauritius, dealing with challenges related to industrialization, quality, and operational autonomy.
Later, as part of an international group, he led a global program to optimize production models in centers across Europe and North America, orchestrating automation projects and strategic transfers to major global hubs (India, Philippines, Mexico, Mauritius, etc.).
Today, I bring this experience to the service of executives, founders, and managers who want to do things seriously without wasting time and energy.
